UChicago STAND
A local chapter of a national student organization with the goal to "raise awareness within and beyond the University of Chicago community of the problem of genocide, with particular attention paid to the ongoing genocidal conflict in Darfur, Sudan and to a critical examination of the University of Chicago's position and its responsibilities with respect to this conflict."

Student Global AIDS Campaign (SGAC)
Student group promoting awareness of AIDS and concerned with HIV/AIDS advocacy and policy. Meets Thursdays in the Reynold's Club at 6PM.

Project HEALTH Chicago
Project HEALTH is a student-founded organization that works with the children of underserved families to promote health and well being though the connection of medical services and student volunteers. Project HEALTH has offices in Baltimore, Chicago, Boston, New York City, Washington, and Providence.

AIDS Foundation of Chicago
The AIDS Foundation of Chicago works with other community-based organizations to advocate for HIV/AIDS policy and funds activities to improve services offered to those with or at risk of HIV/AIDS. The AFC also provides community resources for those interested in volunteer work to provide services in support of the fight against HIV/AIDS.
